OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

We accept exchanges and refunds (excluding the cost of original shipping) on all our pieces.
We only ask that the Sarong is in it's original condition and has not been worn or washed.  
The shipping cost incurred for returning the Sarong to Lyloh for an exchange or refund are NOT covered by us.
If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new Sarong out to you again
 

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN? 

Just email us at hello@lyloh.com.au and we will give you all the details you need :)
Please note we are not liable for the loss of your Sarong being returned.

It would be best to use a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

We will process your return within 24hrs of receiving it. 
Exchanging :  we will send your new Sarong out, and email you a new tracking number
Refunding :  we will refund you the way that you paid and email you once complete.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR THERE IS A FAULT? 

We try to make sure this doesn't happen, but if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault please contact us immediately at hello@lyloh.com.au so we can assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
